Metzger (m/w/d) / Fleischer (m/w/d), gerne auch Meister (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Herstellen von Fleisch- und Wurstwaren nach biologischen Gesichtspunkten
  • Produktentwicklung und Umsetzung neuer Trends
  • Lagerung und Kontrolle der Waren
  • Umsetzung der Hygiene- und Arbeitssicherheitskonzepte sind Grundvoraussetzungen
  • Kostenbewusster und wertschätzender Umgang mit den Materialien und Produkten

Das bringen Sie mit

  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Fleischer / Metzger (m/w/d), gerne auch abgelegte Meisterprüfung
  • selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität
  • Affinität und Leidenschaft für biologische Lebensmittel von Vorteil
