Wir sind ein traditionsreicher Handwerksbetrieb mit fast 50 Jahren Erfahrung in der Fleischverarbeitung und Feinkostherstellung. Qualität, Regionalität und echtes Metzgerhandwerk stehen bei uns an erster Stelle. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen engagierten Metzger / Fleischer (m/w/d) , der mit Herzblut bei der Sache ist.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Zerlegen, Zuschneiden und Verarbeiten von Fleisch- und Wurstwaren
  • Herstellung von Spezialitäten nach eigenen und traditionellen Rezepturen
  • Kontrolle und Sicherstellung unserer hohen Qualitätsstandards
  • Pflege und Reinigung der Arbeitsgeräte und Arbeitsbereiche

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Metzger / Fleischer (m/w/d) oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung
  • Leidenschaft für gutes Handwerk und hochwertige Produkte
  • Sorgfältige, saubere und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Teamgeist und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Hygienebewusstsein nach HACCP-Richtlinien
