Die Metzgerei der Erzabtei St. Ottilien verarbeitet das Fleisch aus der eigenen Rinderzucht sowie Schweine und frisches Wild aus der Umgebung zu Fleisch- und Wursterzeugnissen für die Klosterküche, die Schulküche des Gymnasiums, den Hofladen und für externe Kunden.

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen

Metzger (m/w/d)

für 30 bis 39 Stunden/Woche.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Schlachtung, Zerlegung und Verarbeitung
  • Herstellung von Fleisch- und Wurstspezialitäten
  • Verpackung und Auszeichnung

Unsere Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Metzger
  • Freude an der Herstellung von hochwertigen, regionalen Lebensmitteln
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, körperliche Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
