📍Standort: Lemgo

🕒 Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit / Teilzeit

📅 Eintrittstermin: Ab August 2026

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Fachgerechte Zerlegung von Fleisch entsprechend den betrieblichen Qualitätsvorgaben.
  • Technische Unterstützung bei der Standardisierung von Zerlege‑ und Portionierprozessen, einschließlich Bewertung von Schnitttechniken, Prozesszeiten und Effizienzparametern.
  • Einhaltung der betrieblichen Qualitätsstandards sowie Dokumentation der betrieblichen Vorgaben.

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Metzger/in, Fleischer/in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation von Vorteil.
  • Erfahrung in der Geflügelverarbeitung wünschenswert
  • Zuverlässige, sorgfältige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Kenntnisse in Prozessanalyse, Qualitätssicherung, digitaler Dokumentation oder technischen Produktionsabläufen.
