  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • Patientenannahme und Terminvergabe
  • Datenverarbeitung im RIS- und KIS-System
  • Führung der digitalen Patientenakte und Kontrolle auf Vollständigkeit
  • Abrechnungsvorbereitung
  • sonstige anfallende administrative Aufgaben
  • Ihr Profil
  • eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Arzthelfer, medizinischer Fachangestellter, Hotelfachmann oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Empfang wünschenswert
  • zeitliche Flexibilität
  • Freude an patientenorientierter, selbständiger Arbeit
  • Interesse an der kollegialen Mitarbeit im Team
