Wir suchen eine engagierte Medizinische Fachangestellte zur Verstärkung unseres Praxisteams. In dieser Position sind Sie verantwortlich für die Betreuung unserer Patient:innen, die Organisation des Praxisablaufs sowie die Unterstützung unseres medizinischen Teams. Sie tragen maßgeblich dazu bei, eine angenehme Atmosphäre zu schaffen und eine effiziente Versorgung sicherzustellen.

Aufgaben

  • Empfang und Betreuung der Patient:innen sowie Organisation der Terminplanung
  • Durchführung von Intake und Aufnahmegesprächen
  • Assistenz bei medizinischen Untersuchungen und Behandlungen
  • Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung der Behandlungsräume sowie Instrumentenpflege
  • Dokumentation der Patientendaten unter Berücksichtigung der Datenschutzrichtlinien
  • Unterstützung bei administrativen Tätigkeiten, wie Abrechnung und Verwaltung
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung hygienischer Standards gemäß den Vorgaben
  • Anwendung von Basic life support im Notfall, falls erforderlich

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Medizinische Fachangestellte oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in einer Allgemeinarzt-Praxis ist von Vorteil
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in medizinischer Terminologie und Abläufen im Praxisalltag
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängiger Bürosoftware sowie Praxisverwaltungssystemen (z. B. MS Office)
  • Kenntnisse in Basic life support sind wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Patient:innen und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Organisationstalent und Teamfähigkeit
