Ihre Aufgaben

  • Empfang und Betreuung unserer Patientinnen und Patienten
  • Organisation des Praxisablaufs sowie Terminmanagement
  • Durchführung von HNO-spezifischer Diagnostik (z. B. Audiometrie, Allergiediagnostik)
  • Dokumentation und Verwaltung von Patientendaten
  • Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Medizinische Fachangestellte (MFA) (m/w/d)
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im HNO-Bereich (kein Muss)
  • Freundliches, empathisches Auftreten im Umgang mit Patienten
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
