  • Beratung unserer Patienten und deren Angehörigen
  • Dokumentation der Pflegemaßnahmen
  • Unterstützung bei der Pflegeplanung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen, Ärzten und Therapeuten
  • Pflegefachkräfte (m/w/d)
  • Pflegefachassistenten (m/w/d)
  • Medizinische Fachangestellte (m/w/d)
  • Pflegehelfer (m/w/d) mit Zusatzqualifikation
