Job Location: Seattle, WA
- Position Responsibilities: Work with the other design and engineering professionals on
- concepts, build, and retrofit projects. Create, review, and release data center improvements
- and designs. Lead initiatives aimed at improving cost, quality, schedule, and consistency. Own
- the design for existing data center upgrades and design-solutions including projects and add
- capacity, improve availability, and increase personnel or equipment safety. Troubleshoot
- problems and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective Action (CA) for design- and
- equipment-related failures. Domestic travel up to 25% to perform role responsibilities may be
- required.
Basic qualifications
- Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Safety
- Engineering or related field of study and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or a related
- occupation. Must have six (6) years of experience with: (1) industrial or commercial projects in
- mission critical facilities including data centers, power generation, or oil and gas facilities; and (2)
- design, construction, operations, or facility maintenance.
- Must have prior experience with: (3) Industrial or Mission Critical mechanical and electrical
- equipment; (4) Industrial or Mission Critical design, construction, operations, or facility
- maintenance; and (5) researching new designs, technologies, and construction methods of
- Industrial or Mission Critical equipment and facilities.
40 hours/week, 8:00am – 5:00pm, Salary Range $175,282 - $203,300.
