Microsoft 365 Consultant (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Beratung von Kunden und Fachbereichen hinsichtlich Architektur , Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung moderner Lösungen im Microsoft‑365‑ und Azure‑Umfeld .
  • Konzeption , Planung und Umsetzung von Projekten  in den Bereichen Collaboration, Modern Workplace, Identity & Security, Automatisierung sowie Cloud‑Governance.
  • Implementierung , Migration und Betreuung von M365‑Diensten wie Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune u. v. m.
  • Analyse bestehender Kundenumgebungen , Ableitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen und Erstellung technischer Roadmaps.
  • Pre‑Sales‑Unterstützung durch Workshops, Präsentationen, technische Evaluierungen (PoCs) und Architekturvorschläge.
  • Technischer Ansprechpartner  und Sparringspartner für Kunden, Projektteams und interne Fachbereiche.
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung der Weiterentwicklung unseres M365‑Portfolios  sowie Wissenstransfer im Team.

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung  oder Studium  im IT‑Umfeld sowie mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung  im Bereich Microsoft 365 oder Cloud‑Consulting.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in mehreren der folgenden Technologien :
  • Microsoft 365 Services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Planner)
  • Entra ID / Identitäts- & Zugriffsmanagement
  • Endpoint Management / Intune
  • Microsoft Defender Suite (Defender for Office, Endpoint, Identity, Cloud Apps)
  • Azure‑Grundlagen (Compute, Identity, Automation)
  • Erfahrung mit Cloud ‑Architekturen, Governance‑Modellen und Sicherheitskonzepten (Zero Trust, Conditional Access, Hardening).
  • Fundiertes Verständnis moderner IT‑Architekturen , Automatisierung und Skripting, z. B. PowerShell.
  • Ausgeprägte Beratungs‑ und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten  sowie professionelles Auftreten auf Entscheider‑ und Fachbereichsebene.
  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative , strukturiertes Arbeiten und Freude daran, Kunden aktiv in die Cloud‑Transformation zu führen.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
