  • Weiterentwicklung moderner Microsoft-Cloud-Services und sind direkter
  • Ansprechpartner für Anwender sowie interne IT-Teams. Ihre Aufgaben
  • Administration und Betreuung der Microsoft-365-Tenant-Umgebung
  • Verwaltung von Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) und Microsoft Azure
  • Administration und Betrieb von Exchange Online Betreuung von Microsoft
  • Teams, SharePoint Online und OneDrive Verwaltung von Microsoft Intune
  • Benutzer-, Gruppen-, Lizenz- & Berechtigungsmanagement Administration
  • und Konfiguration von Windows-11-Clients sowie mobilen Endgeräten
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Conditional Access Policies,
  • Sicherheitsrichtlinien und Compliance-Vorgaben Unterstützung bei
  • Microsoft Autopilot Rollouts Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im
  • Microsoft-365-Umfeld Bearbeitung von Incidents und Service Requests
  • Dokumentation im Ticketsystem Zusammenarbeit mit Infrastruktur-,
  • Security- & Cloud-Teams Unterstützung im Bereich Cloudflare (Zero
  • Trust, Access, Gateway, DNS) Administration des Atlassian-Ökosystems
  • (Jira, Confluence) Direkter Support der Anwender vor Ort Was Sie
  • mitbringen Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Microsoft-365-Umfeld Sehr
  • gute Kenntnisse im Microsoft 365 Admin Center Sehr gute Kenntnisse in
  • Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Azure
  • Erfahrung mit Exchange Online Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Teams,
  • SharePoint Online und OneDrive Erfahrung mit Microsoft Intune und
  • Endpoint Management Kenntnisse im Bereich Microsoft Defender Erfahrung
  • mit Microsoft Autopilot Know-how rund um Conditional Access und
  • Identity Security Kenntnisse von Active Directory und
  • Hybrid-Identity-Umgebungen Gute Kenntnisse in Windows 11 Erfahrung im
  • Benutzer- & Lizenzmanagement Sicherer Umgang mit Ticketsystemen und
  • IT-Service-Prozessen Grundlegende Netzwerkkenntnisse (TCP/IP, WLAN,
  • VPN) Erfahrung mit Cloudflare Zero Trust, Access und Gateway
