En Coforge estamos buscando un Mid Functional Business Analyst (#20807-5-2) con las siguientes habilidades:

Responsabilidades principales

Diseñar Customer Journeys y gestionar la creación de journeys dentro de plataformas CRM.

Analizar y gestionar procesos de Marketing CRM, considerando el ciclo de vida de los clientes potenciales.

Identificar y comprender las necesidades de integración entre plataformas y sistemas CRM.

Velar por el gobierno y la calidad de los datos, identificando duplicidades y oportunidades de mejora en la información de clientes.

Requisitos indispensables

2 a 3 años de experiencia como Business Analyst (BA).

Conocimientos funcionales de CRM Marketing, preferentemente Salesforce.

Experiencia en diseño de Customer Journeys.

Experiencia creando y gestionando Journeys en plataformas CRM.

Conocimiento de integraciones entre sistemas.

Conocimientos de gobierno de datos, calidad de información y gestión de duplicidad de clientes.

Experiencia comprobada en Lead Management y gestión del ciclo de vida de clientes potenciales dentro de CRM.

Requisitos deseables

Experiencia en proyectos de implementación u optimización de Salesforce Marketing CRM.

Conocimiento de procesos de marketing automation y gestión de clientes.
