About the Role
Join the go-to-market team at a developer-focused AI infrastructure startup. You will connect AI engineering teams with solutions to their production challenges, guiding prospects from first conversations through technical demos and successful pilots.
What You'll Do
Research promising customer segments and build targeted outreach lists with research and automation tools.
Start conversations with technical decision-makers through email, LinkedIn, and warm introductions.
Lead discovery calls and tailor live demos to each prospect's workflows.
Define pilot goals, coordinate with engineering, and help customers achieve measurable outcomes.
Create useful public content, including posts, demo videos, talks, and case studies.
Track results, automate workflows, and document a repeatable go-to-market playbook.
Share customer insights with the founding team to inform product and positioning decisions.
What We're Looking For
Two to five years of technical go-to-market experience in founding sales, solutions engineering, developer relations, technical product marketing, or growth at a developer-focused startup.
Practical familiarity with AI agents and models, the ability to read code, and confidence discussing technical topics with machine learning engineers.
Experience moving technical buyers from initial contact to signed pilots.
Strong writing and communication skills, with systems thinking and the initiative to build repeatable processes from scratch.
Experience using AI tools to automate work; an existing network or audience in the AI engineering community is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range: $160,000 to $220,000 USD annually, plus stock options.
Location
Remote, with the primary location in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
