Starting Pay: $16.00/hour + $1.00 Weekend Premium

Available Shifts: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM or 3:00 PM – 9:30 PM

What You’ll Do

• •Lead and support the team throughout each shift
• •Coach employees and provide guidance to help them succeed
• •Set the standard for excellent customer service
• •Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally
• •Oversee cash handling and ensure transactions are accurate and secure
• •Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
• •Communicate expectations clearly and hold team members accountable
• •Help keep the shift running efficiently and step in wherever needed
• •Lead by example with a positive, professional attitude

Requirements

• •Must be 18 or older
• •Reliable transportation
• •Previous leadership, supervisory, or team-lead experience preferred
• •Cash handling experience
• •Strong customer service and communication skills
• •Ability to coach, motivate, and hold others accountable
• •Comfortable handling difficult customer situations with professionalism
• •Reliable, responsible, and able to make sound decisions
• •Someone who leads by example and treats both customers and coworkers with respect
