  • Join a dynamic, international mobile gaming environment where legal expertise plays an essential role in supporting business operations and protecting digital products.
  • As a Middle Legal Counsel, you will provide comprehensive legal support across commercial agreements, intellectual property, corporate compliance, and employment-related matters.
  • You will work closely with internal teams and international partners to negotiate contracts, manage legal risks, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • A significant part of your role will involve protecting intellectual property rights across mobile gaming platforms and international markets.
  • You will also oversee specific Ukrainian regulatory requirements, including Diia City residency, employee reservation procedures, and military registration obligations.
  • This is an opportunity to take ownership of diverse legal matters, contribute to business decisions, and improve legal processes within a fully remote European team.
