· Demonstrate accountability and leadership by fostering collaboration, driving consistent execution of priorities, and maintaining a strong client-centric culture across all interactions.
· Leverage business, industry, and financial expertise to understand clients' operating environments, key value drivers, competitive dynamics, and long-term growth objectives.
· Utilize data, financial metrics, and portfolio insights to monitor performance, identify growth opportunities, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement across client relationships.
· Execute relationship management and business development strategies that contribute to market growth, increased revenue generation, and achievement of business performance goals.
· Actively ensures compliance with the U.S. Bank Code of Ethics and all Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Secrecy Act, information security and suspicious activity reporting requirements, policies and procedures. Actively participates in any required corporate and business line training in these areas. Follows account opening procedures and understands and follows internal suspicious activity referral requirements and processes, as required for this position. Actively works with customers to understand each customer's normal account activity, as appropriate for this position.
