  • Role Overview:
  • We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Middle Promotion Manager to join a team in the fast-paced and exciting iGaming and Betting industry. In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and optimisation of promotional campaigns aimed at increasing customer engagement and retention.
  • Working closely with Promo Managers and cross-functional teams, you will gain hands-on experience across different areas of promotions while developing your knowledge of the iGaming and Betting industry.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns across different products and markets;
  • Assist with the creation and management of engaging promotional campaigns;
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support successful campaign delivery;
  • Help ensure promotional content and campaigns are accurate, up to date, and delivered on time;
  • Monitor campaign performance and support the team with basic reporting and analysis;
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify relevant trends and opportunities;
  • Support the Promotions team with ongoing campaign activities and day-to-day tasks;
  • Develop an understanding of customer behaviour and use these insights to contribute to future promotional activities.
  • Required Skills & Experience:
  • Experience in Promotions or retention;
  • Experience in the iGaming and Betting industry;
  • Good communication and organisational skills;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • A creative mindset and interest in developing engaging promotional campaigns;
  • Basic analytical skills and an interest in working with data;
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work within deadlines;
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams;
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop;
  • Good command of English.
