3+ years of hands-on MuleSoft Administration experience.

Strong knowledge of:

MuleSoft Anypoint Platform

CloudHub / Runtime Fabric

API Manager

Anypoint Monitoring

Anypoint Exchange

Runtime Manager

Experience with Linux/Unix administration.

Knowledge of networking concepts including DNS, VPN, SSL/TLS, Load Balancing, and Firewalls.

Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps.

Understanding of API lifecycle management and integration architecture.

Experience in monitoring and observability tools.

Responsibilities

Preferred Skills

MuleSoft Certified Administrator or Developer certification.

Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Runtime Fabric.

ITIL foundation knowledge.

Exposure to enterprise integration patterns and API-led connectivity.

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Ability to work in 24x7 support environments when required.

Strong documentation and coordination skills.

Customer-focused and proactive approach.

Education

Bachelor of Engineering
