Ihre täglichen Aufgaben:

  • Prüfung Mietkautionsabrechnung
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung Jahresabschluss einer Verwaltung
  • Erfassen von Belegen und Eingangsrechnungen
  • Überwachung der Sollstellung der Wohneinheiten
  • Liquiditätsüberwachung der Objekte
  • Mieterweiterberechnung
  • Kontenklärung

  • Fachwissen und Erfahrung im Bereich Mietenbuchhaltung
