## Migrationsberater/in mit 100% Regelarbeitszeit, vorerst befristet bis 31.12.2025

### Wir erwarten:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem der folgenden Bereiche:
  • Sozialpädagogik || Sozialarbeit / Soziale Arbeit || Pädagogik || Erziehungswissenschaft || Psychologie || Rechtswissenschaft(en) || Migration und Diversität
  • Fremdsprachenkenntnisse (russisch, englisch)
  • Kenntnisse im Ausländer- und Sozialrecht
  • Erfahrung in der Beratung von Migrantinnen
  • physische und psychische Belastbarkeit
  • Fortbildung in Fallmanagement bzw. Bereitschaft zur Aufnahme einer entsprechenden Fortbildung

### Wir bieten:

### Aufgaben

  • Beratung von Neuzuwanderer/innen und AusländerInnen mit einem dauerhaften Aufenthaltsstatus
  • Fallmanagement mit dem Ziel der Integration in Arbeitsmarkt und Gesellschaft
  • Kooperation mit Regeldiensten, Arbeitsagentur und Trägern von Sprachkursen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit in kommunalen Netzwerken
  • Mitwirkung bei der interkulturellen Öffnung der Regeldienste und Verwaltungsbehörden
  • Öffentlichkeitsarbeit
