Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Prozessverantwortung für die Produktion
  • Einstellen der vorgegebenen chemischen Produktparameter (Fettgehalt, pH-Wert, ...)
  • Steuerung, Überwachung und Reinigung der UHT-Anlagen
  • Probenentnahme und Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen
  • Abwicklung der vorgegebenen Produktionsaufträge
  • Vertretung der Anlagenführer_innen im Bedarfsfall

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (Milchtechnologie, Lebensmitteltechnik) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung im Lebensmittelbereich wie Fleischverearbeitung, Konditorei, Bäckerei, Gastronomie...
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis bzw. die Bereitschaft komplexe Maschinen zu erlernen
  • 3 Schichtbereitschaft
  • PKW zur Erreichung des Arbeitsortes erforderlich
  • Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Arbeitszeit: 3-Schicht (38,5h/Woche ) 05:30 - 13:30 Uhr / 13:30 - 21:30 Uhr / 21:30 - 05:30 Uhr
