Die Bergkäserei Steibis liegt ca. 5 km südlich von Oberstaufen. Wir verarbeiten täglich ca. 2000 ltr. Heumilch zu Bergkäse, Emmentaler und verschiedenen Schnittkäsen.

Die Ausbildung zum Milchtechnologen ist nicht zwingend erforderlich.
