Duration: 3 – 6 Months

Stipend: ₹15,000 per month +TA

Reports To: Procurement Supervisor / Area Manager

Job Role

The intern will support the Milk Procurement team in village surveys, farmer data collection, milk market mapping, and

identifying potential milk procurement areas.

Key Responsibilities

 Visit villages and identify dairy farmers.

 Collect basic farmer, cattle and milk quantity details.

 Identify milk collection centers and procurement points.

 Map villages and collection points using Google Maps/GPS.

 Collect and update farmer information using mobile applications/Google Forms.

 Understand the farmer's current milk buyer and milk-selling practices.

 Maintain accurate daily field records.

 Submit daily survey and field visit reports to the supervisor.

Working Hours

The role follows a split-shift schedule based on milk collection timings:

 Morning: 06:00 AM – 11:00 AM

 Evening: 05:00 PM – 07:30 PM

Total working hours: 7.5 hours per day.

Eligibility

 10th / 12th / Diploma / Graduate.

 Freshers are welcome.

 Good communication skills.Kannada/Hindi/Telugu

 Knowledge of Kannada/local language preferred.

 Basic smartphone and Google Maps knowledge.

 Comfortable working in rural areas and travelling between villages.

Requirements

 Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

 Android smartphone with camera.

 Willingness to travel within Tumkur and nearby villages.

 Comfortable with field work and split shifts.
