Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Burgdorf suchen wir ab sofort eine/n engagierte/n Hausmeister/in (w/m/d) auf Minijob-Basis (bis 603 €/Monat).

### Ihre Aufgaben

Pflege und Instandhaltung der Außenanlagen an unserem Standort in Burgdorf.

Grünanlagenpflege: Sie mähen Rasen, schneiden Hecken und halten die Außenbereiche sauber und ansprechend.

Winterdienst: In den kalten Monaten übernehmen Sie das Räumen und Streuen der Gehwege und Zufahrten, um die Sicherheit unserer Mieter zu gewährleisten.

Allgemeine Hausmeistertätigkeiten im Außenbereich.

### Ihr Profil

Sie haben Freude an der Arbeit im Freien und ein Händchen für die Grünanlagenpflege.

Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit Gartengeräten wie Rasenmäher und Heckenschere.

Sie sind zuverlässig, selbstständig und packen gerne mit an.

Sie besitzen mindestens einen Führerschein der Klasse B.

Sie wohnen in Burgdorf oder der näheren Umgebung.
