## Einstein1 – Digitales Gründerzentrum für Hochfranken

Einstein1 ist seit 2017 das Digitale Gründerzentrum am Campus der Hochschule Hof und eine zentrale Anlaufstelle für Gründer, Startups und digitale Macher in Hochfranken und dem Vogtlandkreis. Wir bringen Menschen, Ideen, Unternehmen, Wissenschaft und Netzwerke zusammen und schaffen Raum für Innovation, Wachstum und neue Projekte.

Für unser Team suchen wir Unterstützung im Bereich Marketing mit Schwerpunkt Medienproduktion – auf Minijob-Basis mit ca. 10 Stunden pro Woche . Auch Werkstudenten sind herzlich willkommen.

Werde auch Du Teil eines dynamischen, eingespielten Teams und mache Geschichten aus der regionalen Unternehmer- und StartUp-Szene sichtbar und hörbar!

Deine Aufgaben

Du unterstützt uns dabei, Einstein1 und unsere Community sichtbar zu machen. Dazu gehören insbesondere:

  • Produktion und Schnitt von Videos, Reels und Social-Media-Content
  • Unterstützung bei Drehs und Medienproduktionen vor Ort
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Social-Media-Kanäle
  • Erstellung von Content rund um Startups, Events, Innovation und die Einstein1-Community
  • Unterstützung bei PR und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit
  • Entwicklung kreativer Content-Ideen und deren eigenständige Umsetzung
  • Umgang mit Kamera-, Audio- und Medientechnik sowie gängigen Schnitt- und Produktionstools

Das bringst du mit:

  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1-Niveau
  • Erfahrung oder praktische Kenntnisse im Broadcast-, Video- oder Podcast-Bereich
  • Spaß an Kamera, Ton, Schnitt und Medienproduktion
  • Eine ausgeprägte Technik- und Digitalaffinität
  • Sicheres Gespür für Social Media, Trends und gute Geschichten
  • Kreativität, Eigeninitiative und Lust, Dinge einfach auszuprobieren
