Wir suchen Verstärkung für unser Team!

Für unser Mobilfunkgeschäft suchen wir eine freundliche, zuverlässige und motivierte Mitarbeiterin oder einen Mitarbeiter auf Minijob- oder Teilzeitbasis.

In unserem Shop bieten wir Mobilfunkverträge, Tarife und Dienstleistungen verschiedener Anbieter wie o2, AY YILDIZ, Vodafone und 1&1 an. Zusätzlich betreiben wir einen Paketshop mit Paketannahme und -ausgabe.

### Deine Aufgaben

  • Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kunden rund um Mobilfunkverträge, Tarife und digitale Produkte
  • Verkauf und Vermittlung von Mobilfunkverträgen
  • Bearbeitung allgemeiner Kundenanfragen und Serviceanliegen
  • Paketannahme und Paketausgabe in unserem Paketshop
  • Unterstützung bei den täglichen Abläufen im Geschäft

### Das bringst du mit

  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Interesse an Telekommunikation und digitalen Produkten
  • Freundliches, selbstbewusstes und gepflegtes Auftreten
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Eigeninitiative
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Berufserfahrung im Verkauf oder Kundenservice ist von Vorteil
  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung ist wünschenswert, aber keine Voraussetzung – Quereinsteiger sind herzlich willkommen!
