Die Gesellschaft für Transplantationsmedizin Mecklenburg-Vorpommern gGmbH (GTM-V gGmbH) realisiert Gewebespenden in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Brandenburg und Sachsen und stellt so in Kooperation mit gemeinnützigen Gewebebanken und klinischen Einrichtungen bundes- und europaweit unterschiedlichste Transplantate bereit. Um dem steigenden Bedarf an Gewebetransplantaten gerecht zu werden und die Gewebemedizin auszubauen, wurde im Februar 2015 in Rostock die gemeinnützige Gesellschaft für Transplantationsmedizin Mecklenburg- Vorpommern gegründet. Die GTM-V gGmbH hat ihren Hauptsitz in der Hansestadt Rostock. Seit 2017 ist die GTM-V auch in Leipzig ansässig und erweitert stetig ihr Netz an kooperierenden Kliniken.

Zur Unterstützung unseres jungen und dynamischen Teams suchen wir engagierte und motivierte Mitarbeiter

  • Die monatliche Arbeitszeit beträgt maximal 43,35 Stunden. Die Vergütung erfolgt gestaffelt nach
  • fachlicher Qualifikation (Art der Gewebeentnahme).

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • Unterstützung der Koordinatoren im (postmortalen) Spendeprozess
  • Nach fundierter Einarbeitung - eigenständige Durchführung von Gewebeentnahmen

Ihr Anforderungsprofil:

  • Engagement und Flexibilität
  • Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Souveränes und freundliches Auftreten
  • Anatomisches/medizinisches Grundwissen von Vorteil
  • Standfestigkeit
  • Gültiger Führerschein der Klasse B mit entsprechender Fahrpraxis
  • Bereitschaft zu Wochenendarbeit
