Wir betreuen rund 4.500 Einheiten in acht Bundesländern und realisieren mit unseren vielseitigen Fachbereichen Projekte in den Bereichen Neubau, Altbau, Sanierung, Facility-Management und Immobilienverwaltung.

Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams in der Immobilienbranche suchen wir ab sofort einen zuverlässigen Minijobber (m/w/d) in Dresden-Prohlis mit maximal 15 Stunden pro Woche.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung von Wohnungsabnahmen und Wohnungsübergaben
  • Eigenständige Organisation und Ausführung von Wohnungsbesichtigungen
  • Ablesen und Dokumentieren der Zählerstände
  • Anfertigung von Fotos für den Vertrieb
  • Selbstständiges Schalten von Immobilieninseraten

  • überzeugen durch eine zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • zeichnen sich durch ein freundliches und professionelles Auftreten aus
  • sind flexibel und zeitlich verfügbar
  • bringen idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Immobilienbereich mit (kein Muss)
