Wir von DUHA sind in der Lage, die verschiedensten Bauwerke und Betonteile ganz auf Wunsch unserer Kunden zu fertigen. Völlig unabhängig davon, ob es dabei um Industrie- und Gewerbebauten, Schulzentren, Sporthallen, Tribünen, Brückenbauwerke oder doch um etwas so noch nie Dagewesenes geht. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams sind wir auf der Suche nach Mischanlagenfahrer (m/w/d).

### Deine Aufgaben:

  • Herstellung und Bereitstellung von DIN-gerechten Betonsorten für die Produktion von Betonfertigteilen
  • Bedienung, Steuerung und Überwachung der Mischanlage
  • Sicherstellung der Materialverfügbarkeit sowie Disposition der Rohstoffe und Zulieferungen
  • Durchführung von Anlagenkontrollen sowie Dokumentation der Produktionsdaten
  • Reinigung, Wartung und Pflege der Mischanlage einschließlich Koordination von Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Logistik und Qualitätssicherung
  • Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Umweltstandards

### Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene technische oder handwerkliche Berufsausbildung (z. B. Verfahrensmechaniker (m/w/d), Betonfertigteilbauer (m/w/d), Schlosser (m/w/d), Elektriker (m/w/d) o. Ä.)
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Beton- oder Baustoffindustrie bzw. im Führen von Misch- oder Produktionsanlagen
  • Technisches Verständnis und sicherer Umgang mit Anlagensteuerungen
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
  • Staplerschein bzw. Erfahrung mit Flurförderzeugen von Vorteil
