Wir suchen für unseren Standort Mittenwalde-Telz einen MISCHMEISTER (M/W/D) .

Wir leben Beton - Unter diesem Motto produziert und vertreibt KANN Beton seit mehr als 50 Jahren Qualitätsbaustoffe direkt aus dem Fahrmischer. Wir verstehen uns als Partner unserer Kunden und betreiben dafür ein regional dichtes Netz von Transportbetonwerken im Gebiet Lausitz. Werden Sie Teil eines Teams mit abwechslungsreichen und vielseitigen Aufgabengebieten in einem fortschrittlichen Arbeitsumfeld. Gemeinsam schaffen wir die Basis für eine sichere, verantwortungsvolle Zukunft.

Ihre neue Herausforderung:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Führung und Bedienung einer Beton-Mischanlage
  • Effiziente Planung und Abwicklung von Kundenaufträgen
  • Selbstständige Disposition von Rohstoffen, welche zur Betonherstellung benötigt werden
  • Mitwirken bei der Werkseigenen Produktionskontrolle wie z. B. Herstellung von Probekörpern
  • Techn. Grundwartung und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an der Mischanlage

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Berufserfahrung als Mischmeister von Vorteil
  • Gerne auch Quereinsteiger mit technischer oder handwerklicher Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung in der Betonherstellung wünschenswert
  • Techn. Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC und den üblichen Anwendungen
  • Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie freundliches Auf treten im Umgang mit unseren Kunden
  • Betriebswirtschaftliches Denken
  • Belastbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft, Motivation und Selbstständigkeit
  • Freude an der Arbeit im Team
