Meine Aufgaben:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung der Finanzbuchhaltung und Anlagenbuchhaltung
  • Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung sowie Kontenabstimmung
  • Plananlagegüter erfassen, Berechnung und Buchung der Abschreibungen
  • Buchung von Rechnungen und Klärung offener Posten
  • Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Zahlungsverkehr, Mahnwesen, Auswertungen und Analyse
  • Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen zur Optimierung von Prozessen

Mein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
  • Analytisches und logisches Denkvermögen
  • Betriebswirtschaftliches Know-How
  • Sehr gut im Umgang mit MS Office Produkten
  • Aufgeschlossene, kommunikative und teamfähige Arbeitsweise
