Mitarbeitende im Bereich Hauswirtschaft & Betreuung (m/w/d),

(Teilzeit als Krankheitsvertretung, Einstieg ab sofort, mit Option auf Übernahme).

Das sind Ihre Tätigkeiten

  • Tagesgestaltung unserer Gäste z.B. mit gemeinsamen Aktivitäten, Gesprächen, Spiele, Bewegung und jahreszeitlichen Angeboten
  • Zubereitung von Frühstück und Snacks (Mittagessen wird geliefert)
  • Sauberkeit und Ordnung in den Räumen und in der Küche
  • Begleitung unserer Gäste im Alltag (keine pflegerischen Aufgaben)
  • Ansprechperson für Angehörige und enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Pflegeteam

Wir wünschen uns

  • evtl. eine Ausbildung oder Erfahrung in Hauswirtschaft, Betreuung oder Alltagsbegleitung (z. B. Qualifizierung nach § 43b/53b SGB XI) - Quereinsteiger*innen mit Herz sind willkommen!
  • Freude am Umgang mit älteren Menschen, auch mit Demenz
  • Einfühlungsvermögen, Geduld und eine wertschätzende Haltung
  • Teamgeist und Zuverlässigkeit
