Wünschenswert sind:

  • Ausbildung als Erzieher, Heilpädagoge oder Sozialpädagoge
  • Interkulturelle Kompetenz und Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen aus verschiedenen Lebenswelten
  • Sprachkenntnisse in *Arabisch oder Türkisch oder Paschtu *
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und empathische Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft ein wachsendes Unternehmen mitzugestalten
  • Quereinstieg möglich
