LYOCONTRACT GmbH ist ein pharmazeutischer Arzneimittelhersteller im Bereich der sterilen Abfüllung und Lyophilisation. Unsere hochmoderne Betriebsstätte mit über 180 Mitarbeitenden und guter Verkehrsanbindung befindet sich am Fuße des Brockens in der idyllischen Kleinstadt Ilsenburg, einem Nationalpark- und Luftkurort in Sachsen-Anhalt im Zentrum Deutschlands.

Im Zuge der Erweiterung unserer Produktionskapazitäten suchen wir eine/n:

Mitarbeitende in der Qualifizierung/Validierung (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Mitarbeit im Projektmanagement
  • Planung, Durchführung, Dokumentation von Verfahrens- bzw. Reinigungsvalidierungen, sowie Qualifizierungen von Anlagen/Räumen
  • Präsentation von Validierungs-/Qualifizierungsaktivitäten bei Kunden- und Behördenaudits
  • Begleitung und Durchführung von Werksabnahmetests (FAT/SAT)
  • Erstellen und Durchführen von Risikoanalysen und Einleiten der daraus resultierenden Maßnahmen
  • Abweichungsmanagement aus den Qualifizierungs- und Validierungstätigkeiten
  • Erstellung/Anpassung SOP’s und Schulungen zum Thema
  • Schulung von Mitarbeitern
  • Mitwirkung bei der Computervalidierung

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Funktion innerhalb der Pharmaindustrie wünschenswert
  • Erfahrungen im GMP-Umfeld wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel, Word)
