🚗 Deine Aufgaben

  • Fachliche Führung und Motivation unseres Lackierteams
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft (Vorbereitung, Schleifen, Spachteln, Grundieren, Lackieren, Finish)
  • Sicherstellung höchster Qualitätsstandards bei PKW- und ggf. Nutzfahrzeuglackierungen
  • Organisation und Koordination der Arbeitsabläufe
  • Kontrolle von Termintreue und Materialeinsatz
  • Einhaltung von Umwelt-, Sicherheits- und Qualitätsrichtlinien

Ansprechpartner für Geschäftsleitung, Werkstatt und ggf. Kunden

Ihr Profil:

  • Ausbildung zum Lackierermeister/in mit Schwerpunkt Fahrzeuglackierung
  • Bereitschaft zur Mitarbeit
  • Führerschein Klasse B zwingend erforderlich
  • Sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Hoher Anspruch an Sauberkeit und Qualität
  • Selbstständigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
