Wir suchen für die 1:1 Assistenzpflege eines querschnittgelähmten Patienten Verstärkung in unserem Team.

Der Tätigkeitsbereich Assistenzpflege umfasst die Grundpflege, die Hauswirtschaft und die Freizeitbeschäftigung. Sie unterstützen einem Menschen mit Behinderung über dem pflegerischen Bedarf hinaus bei der Gestaltung seines Tagesablaufes und ermöglichen sein selbstbestimmtes Leben.

Pflegerische Grundkenntnisse sind zwingend erforderlich!

Sie teilen sich das Aufgabengebiet mit einer/einem Kollegen im Wechsel nach Einsatzplan.

Ihre Arbeitszeit:

  • kann flexibel gestaltet werden, in der Regel 10 h/Tag (weniger möglich, max. 15h) dadurch viel frei (z.B. 2-3 Tage Dienst/ 3-4 Tage frei),
  • Mo bis So nach Einsatz/Wochenplan,
  • die arbeitsvertraglich vereinbarte Wochenarbeitszeit liegt je nach Wunsch zw. 20-40 h/Woche.

Der Arbeitsort befindet sich im Haushalt des zu Pflegenden in Hosena. Es handelt sich hierbei um ein angenehmes soziales und familiäres Umfeld.
