Was dich erwartet:

  • Verarbeitung ein- und ausgehender Transporte in den vorhandenen IT-Systemen
  • Abwicklung der Frachtpapiere im europäischen Landverkehr
  • Abfertigung der Transportpartner
  • Vergabe von Parkplätzen und Überwachung der Parkordnung
  • Überwachung der Einhaltung des aktuellen Fahrplanes
  • Statistische Pflege aller Bewegungsdaten sowie allgemeine Datenerfassung
  • Überwachung der Hofregeln in Abstimmung mit Disposition, Hofmanagement und Transportpartnern

Was du mitbringen solltest:

  • Qualifizierter kaufmännischer Berufsabschluss oder Erwerb der vergleichbaren Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten durch entsprechende Berufserfahrung
  • Einschlägige mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Logistik-Branche
  • Idealerweise Englisch Kenntnisse
  • Die Kompetenz gegenüber gewerblichen Mitarbeitenden fachlich Themen zu steuern, im Team zu delegieren sowie zu motivieren
  • Die Fähigkeit mit Qualitätsbewusstsein Entscheidungen zu treffen und Probleme zu lösen
  • Ein Prozessverständnis und ein Gespür für Prozessoptimierung
  • Die Kompetenz durch Kommunikation Konflikte zu lösen
  • Verantwortungsgefühl verknüpft mit einer Zielorientierung
