Wir unterstützen Privathaushalte oder auch Menschen in Pflegeeinrichtungen bei der täglichen Bewältigung des Alltags. Unser Team sucht deshalb zum nächstmöglichen Termin Verstärkung: Mitarbeiter für die Alltagsbegleitung (m/w/d).

Arbeitsort: Lübtheen

  • Vollzeit oder
  • 25h/Woche (bzw. 100h oder auch 120h/Monat) oder auch Minijob möglich

Zu Ihren Aufgaben können gehören:

  • Unterstützung und Fahrt zu Arztbesuchen
  • Einkaufen, Unterstützung bei der Gartenpflege
  • Freizeitgestaltung wie bspw. Spaziergänge
  • Hauswirtschaftliche Arbeiten

Was Sie mitbringen:

  • Einfühlungsvermögen für die Arbeit mit hilfebedürftigen Menschen
  • Geduld und Freundlichkeit
  • Der Führerschein Klasse B wird vorausgesetzt.

Information zur Arbeitszeit: Die Lage der Arbeitszeit kann vereinbart werden. Sie müssen weder am Wochenende noch in Schichten arbeiten und sprechen Ihre Arbeitszeiten mit den Patientinnen und Patienten eigenständig ab. Sie unterstützen die Patientinnen und Patienten im eigenen Haushalt.

Zunächst befristet für ein Jahr mit der Möglichkeit der unbefristeten Übernahme nach den 12 Monaten.
