Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Fachliche und technische Anwendungsbetreuung im Second- und Third-Level-Support
  • Betreuung der von carelogic entwickelten Softwarelösungen
  • Betreuung der ERP-Systeme acriba und SaniVision
  • Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen und Tickets
  • Analyse und Behebung von Fehlern und Anwendungsproblemen
  • Kundenkommunikation zu fachlichen und technischen Fragestellungen
  • Durchführung von Schulungen
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen
  • Testen von Softwareanpassungen und Funktionen
  • Unterstützung bei Schnittstellenbetreuung und Schnittstellenthemen

Ihr Profil:

  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Anwendungsbetreuung, Support oder vergleichbarer Tätigkeit von Vorteil
  • Prozesswissen aus den Bereichen Sanitätshaus, Homecare oder Gesundheitswesen wünschenswert
  • Eine IT-Ausbildung ist nicht zwingend erforderlich
  • Grundkenntnisse in Microsoft Server, Microsoft-Umfeld und SQL erforderlich
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Strukturierte und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Technisches Verständnis und analytisches Denken
