Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Annahme, Prüfung und Klärung eingehender Kundenaufträge
  • Abstimmung kundenspezifischer Prüfvorgaben, Anforderungen und technischer Unterlagen
  • Vorbereitung aller Prüfaufträge für interne und externe Teams (Zeichnungen, Prüfanweisungen, Spezifikationen)
  • Vollständigkeitsprüfung aller Unterlagen vor Auftragsstart
  • Erfassung und strukturierte Dokumentation kundenspezifischer Vorgaben und Prozessbesonderheiten
  • Unterstützung bei Personaleinsatzplanung, Terminkoordination und Einsatzorten
  • Abstimmung mit der Unternehmensleitung bei offenen technischen Fragen

Ihr Profil:

  • Berufserfahrung in Arbeitsvorbereitung, Qualitätssicherung, technischer Sachbearbeitung oder Auftragsabwicklung, idealerweise in der Dienstleistungssektor
  • Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Unterlagen wie Zeichnungen, Prüfanweisungen oder Spezifikationen
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, mehrere Vorgänge gleichzeitig zu koordinieren und Prioritäten situativ anzupassen
  • Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und Verlässlichkeit – auch in arbeitsintensiven Phasen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Kommunikationssicherheit im Umgang mit Kunden, Prüfteams und Unternehmensleitung
  • Erfahrung im Qualitätsdienstleistungsumfeld von Vorteil
  • Hohe Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit werden in diesem Umfeld vorausgesetzt
