Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Kempten/Durach suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Mitarbeiter für die Auftragsannahme (m/w/d) in Vollzeit:

### Deine Aufgaben:

  • Annahme und Vermittlung aller eingehenden Telefonate
  • Beratung unserer Kundinnen und Kunden zum Thema Entsorgung
  • Auftragsannahme und Erfassung von Kundenbestellungen

Was du mitbringst:

  • Du hast Freude am telefonischen Kundenkontakt und kommunizierst service- und lösungsorientiert
  • Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Du bist kontaktfreudig, trittst sicher auf und hast ein Gespür für Menschen
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team und bist zuverlässig
