  • Kenntnisse in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central oder Navision wünschenswert

  • Selbstständige Auftragsabwicklung von der Auftragserfassung bis zur Rechnungsstellung

  • Organisation und Abwicklung von Exportaufträgen

  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Exportdokumenten (z. B. Lieferscheine, Handelsrechnungen, Packlisten)

  • Ausfüllen und Beantragen von Exportzertifikaten

  • Kommunikation mit Kunden, Speditionen und internen Fachabteilungen

Pflege und Verwaltung von Stamm- und Auftragsdaten im ERP-System
