Mitarbeiter Auftragsvorbereitung / Projektanlage (m/w/d)

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen Mitarbeiter für die Projektanlage und Auftragsvorbereitung.

Sie sind der erste Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden, wenn neue Abrufe eingehen, und sorgen dafür, dass diese vollständig und gut vorbereitet an unsere technische Arbeitsvorbereitung weitergegeben werden.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sichtung eingehender Kundenabrufe per E-Mail
  • Prüfung der Unterlagen auf Vollständigkeit
  • Klärung offener Punkte mit unseren Kunden
  • Anlage der Aufträge im Warenwirtschaftssystem
  • Übergabe an unsere technische Arbeitsvorbereitung

Das bringen Sie mit

  • eine kaufmännische oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Freude am Kontakt mit Kunden – telefonisch und per E-Mail
  • eine freundliche und verbindliche Kommunikation
  • sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • sicheren Umgang mit PC und E-Mail

Auch Berufseinsteiger direkt nach der Ausbildung sind bei uns herzlich willkommen.

Technische Kenntnisse im Bereich Betonstahl sind nicht erforderlich. Wir arbeiten Sie gründlich in unsere Abläufe und Systeme ein.
