Für unsere Standort Mönchengladbach suchen wir ab sofort einen

Mitarbeiter Backoffice Vertrieb (m/w/d) in Vollzeit

*Ihre Aufgaben: *

  • Auftragsabwicklung (von Erfassung bis Auslieferung)
  • Unterstützung der Vertriebsmitarbeiter
  • Aufnahme und Organisation der Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen, Auftragsanlagen im System
  • Vertragsprüfung und Kontrolle der termingerechten Belieferung
  • sonstige administrative Tätigkeiten

*Womit Sie uns überzeugen: *

  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich von Flanschen, Bogen und Formstücken sowie Rohren oder in der Stahlbranche
  • eigenständiges, zielorientiertes Handeln
  • Organisationsgeschick
  • vorzugsweise gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie vorzugsweise MS Dynamics Navision-Kenntnisse
