In unserer Vertriebsorganisation arbeiten Deutschlandweit 25 MitarbeiterInnen daran den Kunden national und international hochwertige Produkte zur Verfügung zu stellen. Als reines Vertriebsunternehmen stehen effiziente Logistikprozesse, hohe Lieferfähigkeit sowie eine reibungslose internationale Warenabwicklung im Mittelpunkt unseres Erfolges.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine Buchhaltungsfachkraft (m/w/d) in Teilzeit mit ca. 20 Wochenstunden.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die laufende Buchhaltung (Haupt-, Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung) direkt in der rs2 ERP-Umgebung
  • Digitales Rechnungsmanagement: Prüfung, Kontierung und Frigabe von Eingangsrechnungen
  • Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs sowie die automatisierte Verbuchung von Bankauszügen und elektronischen Einzügen
  • Mahnwesen und Forderungsmanagement inklusive der Abstimmung offener Posten
  • Prüfung der Reisekosten- und Spesenabrechnungen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Erstellung des gesetzlichen Meldewesens
  • Auswertung und Controlling durch Bereitstellung betriebswirtschaftlicher Kennzahlen

Ihr Profil

  • eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie Zusatzqualifikationen im Bereich Buchhaltung
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit einem ERP-System, idealerweise Anwenderkenntnisse in Aptean rs2 oder vergleichbar
  • Routine in der Arbeit mit digitalen Workflows und Dokumentenmanagementsystemen
