## Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Optimierung des Controllingsystems zur Verbesserung der betriebswirtschaftlichen Unternehmenssteuerung
  • Weiterentwicklung und Pflege unserer internen Kalkulationssysteme
  • Aufbau eines aussagekräftigen Kennzahlensystems Erstellung von Forecasts und Budgets
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung interner Organisations- und Compliance Richtlinien
  • Prozess- und Schwachstellenanalyse von Betriebsabläufen sowie deren Optimierung

## Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen, Controlling und/oder Rechnungswesen
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, bevorzugt in einem mittelständischen Produktionsbetrieb
  • Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Verlässlichkeit, Engagement und Teamfähigkeit
  • Strategisches Mitdenken beim Optimieren von Prozessen
  • Idealerweise Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
