Für einen unserer Mandanten, ein international tätiges Industrieunternehmen in Krefeld , suchen wir ab sofort einen Mitarbeiter Customer Service & Logistik (m/w/d).

Die Position startet zunächst im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung über Michael Page für ca. 6–12 Monate . Im Anschluss besteht bei gegenseitigem Interesse die Möglichkeit einer direkten Übernahme durch unseren Mandanten .

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Betreuung nationaler und internationaler Kunden
  • Vollständige Bearbeitung und Abwicklung von Kundenaufträgen
  • Koordination von Lieferungen und Transporten
  • Kommunikation mit Speditionen und Logistikdienstleistern
  • Überwachung und Nachverfolgung von Lieferterminen
  • Erstellung und Prüfung von Versand- und Lieferdokumenten
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Reklamationen
  • Klärung von Lieferabweichungen und logistischen Problemen
  • Pflege von Kunden-, Auftrags- und Stammdaten
  • Abstimmung mit Vertrieb, Logistik und weiteren Fachbereichen
  • Kommunikation mit internationalen Ansprechpartnern auf Englisch

### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung im Customer Service oder in der Auftragsabwicklung
  • Erste Kenntnisse in Logistik, Versand oder Transportkoordination
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • ERP- oder Warenwirtschaftskenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
