  • MITARBEITER CUSTOMER SERVICE / MARKETING (W,M,D)

Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie:

Bestandskundenbetreuung

  • o Allgemeine Kommunikation, Auftragsabwicklung, Reklamationsbearbeitung,
  • o Erstellung von Exportpapieren mit Hilfe des Atlas-Systems
  • o Angebotserstellung

Zusammenarbeit mit Transportdienstleistern

  • o Überprüfung von Speditions-, Kurier- und Zollrechnungen
  • o Preiskontrolle von Transportrechnungen

Administrative Aufgaben

  • o Erstellung von INTRASTAT-Meldungen
  • o Unterstützung der Buchhaltung bei der Zahlungsüberwachung und –einhaltung
  • o Datenpflege im Warenwirtschaftssystem SAGE
  • o Überwachung von Lagerbeständen nach FIFO- Prinzip

Vertriebs- und Marketingunterstützung

  • o Marktrecherchen
  • o Unterstützung bei Umsatzplanung und Einhaltung von Forecasts
  • o Design und Update von Verkaufsunterlagen, Broschüren etc.
  • o Administration der Website (Wordpress) und der Social Media

Diese Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen bringen Sie mit:

  • Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Sie haben bereits mit Altas und Sage gearbeitet
  • Sie beherrschen Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher, weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
  • Idealerweise haben Sie Erfahrung im Bereich Medizinprodukte
  • Sie sind vertraut mit Adobe und Graphik- und Foto- Bearbeitungsprogrammen
  • Sie sind sehr kommunikativ und ein guter Teamplayer
  • Den sicheren Umgang mit MS-Office setzen wir voraus
