Als Mitarbeiter Customer Service / Sales Support (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie bei uns folgende Aufgaben:

  • Sie erfassen und bearbeiten Kundenaufträge sowie Forecasts.
  • Sie unterstützen den Vertrieb und Key Account Bereich bei kundenbezogenen Themen.
  • Sie unterstützen bei der Absatz- und Lieferplanung.
  • Sie koordinieren Liefertermine und sorgen für eine termingerechte Belieferung der Kunden.
  • Sie bearbeiten Lieferfreigaben, Bestandsanfragen und die tägliche Kundenkorrespondenz.
  • Sie reagieren schnell auf Lieferengpässe oder Produktionsstillstände.
  • Sie unterstützen bei kundenbezogenen Projekten und Prozessanpassungen.

Ihre Qualifikationen:

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Customer Service, Vertriebsinnendienst oder Supply Chain
  • Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und internen Bereichen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
