- Proaktive Kommunikation zu Transportstatus, Abweichungen und relevanten Änderungen
- Einholung und Prüfung transportrelevanter Informationen und Dokumente
- Klärung offener Vorgänge in enger Abstimmung mit unserer Disposition
- Sicherstellung eines zuverlässigen Informationsflusses zwischen Kunden, Partnern und internen Fachbereichen
# DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT
- Erfahrung in der Speditionsbranche
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Kunden- und Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie Erfahrung mit CRM Systemen
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
